Bogrim

Bnei Akiva of New York coordinates programs throughout the year for young adults between the ages of 18-26. These Bogrim fill leadership roles in the Galil, and are the driving force behind BANY programming. As a part of our ideological foundation as a youth movement, only Bogrim are able to serve as voting members on our Regional Board.

The highlight of Bogrim programming is the annual Winter Break Bogrim Mission. Each year, more than 20 college-age students are sent on a road trip to spend a week volunteering in low-income communities, bonding over Bnei Akiva values during the evenings, and enriching local Jewish communities over Shabbat.

Additional programs are held throughout the year in conjunction with Bnei Akiva of North America. These programs address issues such as Aliyah planning, Israel awareness, educational programs, camp reunions, cultural events and much more!

If you are interested in bringing Bnei Akiva to your college campus, please contact the Mazkir Galil at niva_gurewitsch@bany.org.
