Manhigei Atid

The Manhigei Atid program of Bnei Akiva of New York is a youth leadership opportunity for high school seniors. A select group of motivated Manhigim that demonstrate exemplary skills in leadership work together to plan and implement programs for themselves, their Shevet, and the greater Bnei Akiva and Jewish community. In addition to organizing and coordinating different shabbatonim and projects, the Manhigim participate in stimulating seminars in which they discuss different Jewish values and ideals. The goal of Manhigei Atid is both to encourage the Manhigim to take active roles in society and to cultivate and strengthen their leadership skills. Their experiences in Manhigei Atid emphasize their important roles as youth and their potential as future Jewish leaders.
